This is a part of our business everyone can enjoy! We sell real Angus beef right off the farm. Our beef is grown right here and processed at Straka Meats in Plain, WI. You can buy beef by the piece right at the farm. For those looking for larger amounts of beef 1/2s and 1/4s are available. You decide how to cut the order.
Our beef is state inspected by the WI Department of Agriculture Trade and Consumer Protection. Based on the ultrasound data we collect on our cattle regularly, their marbling scores fall into the quality grades U.S.D.A. choice and prime. Our program features some of the nation's top Angus genetics, grain fed and grazed on the green slopes of southwest Wisconsin. No growth promoting hormones are used to raise our beef.
